The GIADA Pre-License New Dealer Seminar

All used car dealers are regulated under the Georgia Secretary of State Professional Licensing Division. Anybody wanting to get into the car business in Georgia must meet all state requirements. Out of state dealer licenses cannot be used to operate in Georgia as a dealer or a broker. The state watches for this type of scam so beware! Yes, you may be able to gain auction access but if you are caught selling cars to Georgia residents you will face criminal charges as per Georgia Code Section § 40-2-39.1.

To get started, choose a pre-licensing class from the schedule below.   Call GIADA at 800-472-8101 to pre-register, or fill out the Pre-license Seminar Registration Form with payment and fax to us at  770-745-9655 .  Class fee is $95 per attendee. We take cash, checks and credit cards. We welcome walk-ins, but we always appreciate and encourage pre-registration. You may pay at the door.

The GIADA pre-license seminar is the best class available for individuals serious about getting into the car business.   The GIADA specializes in new dealer start-ups, and specifically helps guide you through the entire process of obtaining a dealer license.  If you choose to Join GIADA , our skilled staff will help you through each stage of the dealer application process.  We will provide you with unlimited consultation services before and long after you get your license. Membership dues are $250 annually.  Other membership benefits include deep discounts at auctions,  discounts for garage liability insurance,  and discounts on business forms and training programs.  Our mission is YOUR SUCCESS in the car business.
